Promotion System

Promotion  chances are given once a year when the employee qualifies his/her business performance expectation and  meets  the capability to task force set upon them.

  • Regular Promotion: Evaluation applied for employees who exceeded the number of standard standing years
  • Special Promotion: Evaluation applied for employees with excellent capabilities and achievements but has not yet  exceeded the number of standard standing years

Publication of Employment Notification > Acceptance of Applications > Document Selection > 1st Practice Interview > 2nd Director Interview > Physical Examination > Final Examination

New/Career Employment job openings are notified through various employment sites and applications are received according to the contents of the notification. / Accepted applications are reviewed for initial evaluation. Interviews will be held after initial evaluation and result of final     evaluation will be notified after the interview.
