Under the management vision of 'Contributing to the advancement of humanity and creating new value for our customers through passion, perseverance, a spirit of challenge, and creative thinking in advanced technology development' and the four management philosophies of 'Customer First Management', 'Transparent Management', 'Human-Centered Management', and 'Sustainable Management', we have set the ESG vision of 'Connecting the Drive to a Sustainable Future' along with three strategic directions: 'Leading the Green Ecosystem', 'Developing High-Value Future Technologies', and 'Creating a Culture of Respect for Humanity'.
