Reporting and Communication Channels
In addition to reporting unethical behavior and unfair trade practices, we operate a reporting system for complaints and ethical standards. You can report unethical behavior, human rights violations, workplace bullying, sexual harassment, sexual assault, abuse of power by partners, unfair trade practices, etc. through the reporting and tip-off channels.
Report Processing Procedure
Reporting(Consultation) and Receipt
- Reception through reporting channel (website customer support) or Chief Compliance Officer (email, phone, etc.)
- Report Contents: Unethical conduct, human rights violations, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, bullying of partners, unfair trade practices
Understanding and Investigating the Content
- Determine whether to investigate after confirming the content of the report
- Fact-finding (confirmation of relevant departments)
Verification of Facts and Taking Actions
- Decide on how to handle the investigation results after completing the investigation
- Disciplinary actions by the Human Resources department (Disciplinary committee)
- Audit report for significant matters
