Ethical Management

KET has established an ethics charter to present standards for proper behavior and value judgments to enable ethical management.

Code of Ethics

Through the Code of Ethics, we provide standards for executives and employees to practice ethical management, and by enacting a separate ‘Employee Code of Conduct’ in 2023, we are striving to improve the level of ethical awareness and transparent corporate management.

In order to develop together with the local community through ethical management and become a trusted global company not only in Korea but also in the world, We has established the Code of Ethics charter and complied with the following.

  • We prohibit money laundering and tax evasion, comply with the tax laws and regulations of each country in which we operate, and diligently fulfill our tax obligations.
  • We prohibit the use of tax structures with no commercial substance (such as the exchange of goods and services to artificially inflate profits).
  • We prohibit acts of fraud, breach of trust, and embezzlement for profit.

Ethical Management Organization Framework

In order to ensure that compliance and ethical management activities are carried out efficiently, a compliance support person is appointed to check compliance with compliance control standards. The internal audit organization support organization directly and indirectly supports the performance of audit work through the financial management team and legal team.
